14.04 Window Management Buttons

This is why I hate new versions of software - ALL software.
The greatest time wasting exercise man could invent.

Please, someone tell me where is the setting to change the window button 
locations (close, minimise etc) from top left to top right.

Currently I use Lucid Lynx, 10.04 LTS and there the method is quite 
simple, it's done via the gnome Editor.

 From what I've been able to determine, 14.04 doesn't even have a Gnome 
Editor.

Is it possible or am I chasing a cat up a tall tree?
