Hi,

Personally never had any problem with Belkin products, had a minor 
config issue with a USB mobile 3G broadband dongle (back on 10.04) 
<solved thanks to the good people on this list ;)> but no issues on 
later distro's, but then no new hardware for a while ;(

Hope most if not *all* newer USB devices use common protocols, after all 
the Universal Serial Bus should be UNIVERSAL by design!
