Deb packages management

Hi,

Anyone knows any graphical tool to build and manage the deb packages?

I have using dpkg -b on the shell, but I was wondering if there is a smart
solution to manage the packages and its changes.

I have a apt-mirror to deploy custom packages and I intend to build a deb
library with all informations about the packages.
