Errors for users copying my ubuntu 12.04 LibreOffice3 files from my website to their MS Word

Before I set up my own website I would like to know the present-day 
level of errors in text when people copy my LibreOffice3 files that I 
populate it with, when they copy these files to MS Word.
I am not sure of the present day level of compatibility of LibreOffice3 
and MS Word.
