You still are not understanding the message being sent for you to read, 
Tony.

You don't use su, you use sudo.  Anything you run via an sudo, runs with 
root privileges.  Generally only the first user can use sudo.  That can be 
adjusted, but is not a subject for this list.

So there is NO limitation to what the first user can do, if he wants to, 
including destroying the system. But, he will have to enter his password 
to do it.
