For obvious reasons, you'll be unable to recover anything in the
existing login keyring without remembering your old password.

You should be able to create a new keyring by removing the existing
keyring which is stored at "~/.local/share/keyrings/login.keyring".

I would move this file to somewhere else rather than delete it, in case
you do remember your old password.
