*I've* only seen it with Gimp. Firefox seems to be fine. I've not used any
other GTK-ish applications. (*I* don't use LibreOffice myself and I have not
*heard* of any problems.)

This is *probably* the same problem.

The menus *do* work when the menu is in the system menu bar.
