Skype on Precise x86_64

Please do not top-post.

There *is* only a 32-bit version for Linux, TTBOMK. What I did was very simple:

* download the Linux package from skype.com
* install it with `sudo dpkg -i`
* run `sudo apt-get install -f`

That's it. Job done. Works on 12.04, 12.10, 13.04 (with a sound
problem that was quickly corrected) and 13.10. I have it running on
about 5 machines.
