Hello,
This problem occurred to me in the past with no solution, and now I
have it again.
I have ununtu 13.04, 64 bit. It has the cgroup-lite package installed.

I removed it with apt-get remove cgroup-lite, and rebooted.

dpkg -L cgroup-lite

shows:

/etc
/etc/init
/etc/init/cgroup-lite.conf

I tried:
aptitude search '?Depends(cgroup-lite)'
and got:

p cgroup-bin - Tools to control and monitor control gr
p cgroup-bin:i386 - Tools to control and monitor control gr
p libvirt-bin - programs for the libvirt library
p libvirt-bin:i386 - programs for the libvirt library

However, dpkg -L cgroup-bin and dpkg -L libvirt-bin shows as if these
packages are not installed.

How can I avoid the cgroup-lite package from being reinstalled after
I remove it and reboot the machine ?

regards,
Kevin
