Intel HD 4000 driver on 10.04 LTS

Hi, is there a way to get Intel 4000 HD driver to work on 10.04 LTS
server? I want to avoid using non-supported kernel if possible. The
reason I can't use a new version of the server is because I am using
it for an FOSS project of which the client is only supported on 10.
