Non working Chrome in 13.04

Yeah, that's the best option methinks.
It's not so life threatening: I only upgraded to 13.04 today in order to
upgrade to 13.10 tomorrow because 13.04 goes EOL this month & I didn't
want to be stranded at 12.10 on this machine.
But I'd still like to know as to why this is happening.
