Can't boot the system after an update

I think there was a kernel update recently. Therefore you should try to 
boot from an older kernel. According to the boot-repair log you have 
3.11.0-15 (the default version) and also 3.11.0-13 and 3.11.0-12 
installed. Therefore I would try to run 3.11.0-13 from the grub boot 
menu. And if that works, you could rebuild the initrd of the 3.11.0-15 
kernel with the command

sudo update-initramfs -c -k 3.11.0-15-generic

in a terminal. If the older kernel also doesn't work, I have no idea 
what could be wrong.
