With my moderators hat on:
For the record, the moderation team was able to intercept it prior to
posting to remove noise from the list. The person posting it has been
contacted and assisted in the right direction to assist with their enquiry.
As mentioned above there plenty of other places this can be discussed
officially or unofficially online. If everyone can please keep this in mind
and not continue the thread that would be appreciated.
