Set quota on local folder?

	I've got Ubuntu 12.04 running nicely on this little laptop here. Is 
there an easy way to set a quota on a local folder? I don't want it to 
get any bigger than 14.8GB.
	Yeah, I could probably do something like creating a disk image and 
mounting that; or resizing the current partition and creating a 14.8GB 
partition, but I'm looking for easy...
	I would imagine that by now someone would know the magic command line 
incantation to set a quota on a local folder....
