How to install windows 7 next to ubuntu

Hi, I need to install windows 7 next to ubuntu but the problem is that i
already have ubuntu installed and don't want to have to erase my ubuntu
and install windows then go back and install ubuntu in order to control
grub.  How can i install it without having to erase my ubuntu partition.
