2 TB external HD does not mount any more. How to save it's data?

I'm with Liam. Gddrescue has really shined for our uses, both at my place
of work in IT as well as at home where I do tech work on the side. It's my
go-to tool to recover a problematic drive in literally all cases. Worth a
shot.
