If I were to go 'cloud', I would just use Rsync.net.  No 'free GB's 
though'.  Rsync as a backup client for Linux just can't be beat, and 
there are GUI front ends available.

But monthly fees for simple data storage always strikes me as being a 
ridiculous waste of money.  When giving the question a bit of thought, 
most clients have no problem plucking a cheap, often refurbed computer 
with a large hardrive at a secondary location with Internet access, and 
then have offsite backups with insanely fewer restrictions/expense.
