It's not clear what you consider "not true."

Firstly, you should look up the meaning of "ensure."

Secondly, I've never seen in the man page: "if you have hardware
acceleration, kvm will be used even if you don't add '-enable-kvm' to
your qemu-system-x86_64 invocation" or "'-enable-kvm' is the default."
