Can I have a bind mount in /etc/fstab

I've been managing normal mounts in /etc/fstab since -- well -- since
forever it seems.
Now I've got a notion to put some bind mounts in there, but have no idea
how to get it done.
Or if it's possible.
The mount command would be something like
mount --bind /vhome/kevin /home/kevin/Desktop
Is this doable?
