Aha!
Then I have tried it, briefly.
It does sort of vaguely resemble Windows with an angular modern look.
It's not bad -- it works, it offers a somewhat Windows-like desktop,
and it can run some Windows apps via WINE.
I do not see any major benefits to it, though, frankly.
If you are the sort of person who likes to customise Windows heavily,
then KDE provides a very tweakable Windows-like
task-bar-and-start-menu desktop. And of course Kubuntu provides that.
If you just leave the taskbar at the bottom and want something simple,
then Linux Mint with Cinnamon offers a stylish, attractive,
feature-rich desktop.
WINE helps a little but can be installed on any Ubuntu-family OS
trivially easily.
So to be honest I do not really see the need for Zorin, but yes, it
works. I tend to recommend that people stay closer to mainline Ubuntu
and use one of the official remixes or a very popular alternative such
as Mint, myself, because they have bigger communities and thus it is
easier to find help and support.
