apt-get update failure

I download image from offical site. I have checked iso md5sum. it is ok.

Where did you get the apt sources list from? Did you install Ubuntu from scratch? Where did you get the installation media from? If you downloaded it, did you check the signatures?

It is not as simple as that, the error says it is trying to get from
archive.ubuntu.com but the ip address is in China, so something is
wrong.
