Upgrading Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS to 14.04 LTS...?

Just wanted to say thanks: I did the above (sudo do-release-upgrade -d),
and it did, indeed, upgrade the machine to 14.04 LTS.  I'm left a touch
confused as to what the -d flag is supposed to do (for instance, I'd have
thought that would have been the flag to use if I'd wanted to switch from
an LTS release back to the latest regular timed release...), but I'm
certainly not complaining!
