copying location?

Hi I am in Unity DE, on Ubuntu 13.10 how do you copy the location of a
folder to post it in another program... In Kubuntu you could turn the
top part of the screen into an editable text by clicking on it and it
would go from the little boxes like [home][xxx][x444] into

/home/xxx/x444

I have looked all around the options and ubuntu tweak and do not see
anything about the address bar.
