Unity: Bigger Buttons?

Hello I am new to the group.

Is there a way to make the buttons bigger in unity? as in your close,
minimize and whatever the [] one does. lol ...  I have the unity tweak
app installed but didnt see anything inside of it to make them bigger
like in the Myunity one which I cant find anymore. 

I am running a fresh install ( installed this morning ) of 13.10
