upgrade 8.04 to 13.04

The problem is that 8.04 has reached EOL and therefore the repositories 
are removed from the standard servers. Please change the servers in 
"/etc/apt/sources.list" from "archive.ubuntu.com" to
"old-releases.ubuntu.com" and disable "security.ubuntu.com". Then run 
"apt-get update" again. After upgrading to 10.04 reverse the changes 
above and upgrade to 12.04. But do you really want to upgrade to 13.04? 
It is only supported until IIRC October 2014 while 12.04 is supported 
until IIRC April 2017.
