Whenever you Face the Problem Like this. there is one thing that I can
tell you . File of usb is ttyusb as the Linux Treats Everything as File.
You can Change the Permission of It by typing Chmod 777 ttyusb.
ttyusb is file placed inside the Directoty dev.
By doing this you will have the all permissions to access your card.
