13.10 jumping between desktops

Upgraded to 13.10 a few weeks ago.,  Main issue-  when I move cursor to
edge, I find myself on an adjacent desktop.  I figured I would find a
sensitivity adjustment in Compiz and spent 30 min looking for it.  Maybe
someone has had this problem and found out how to deal with this issue.
