Ctrl+Alt minimises the active window.

I use a few Compiz plugins, such as the cube and wobbly windows. Everything
worked perfectly a couple of years ago with Ubuntu 10.10, but since
switching to Ubuntu 12.04, quite a while ago, there is a key binding that I
can't find.
I use Ctrl+Alt+→ and Ctrl+Alt+← to rotate the cube (I also use two small
extra buttons on the mouse for that, I think it's button 8 and 9), and I
also use Ctrl+Alt+<[1-9] on the num pad> for placing windows with the Grid
compiz plugin.
All these actions however, become hard to use, since when I hit Ctrl+Alt,
the active window minimises, and I can't find the key binding that causes
this! I have inactivated most compiz plugins and tripple checked the key
bindings for those still active, and I just can't find it!
Could there be a more global key binding causing this?
