Yep. As far as I can see there's nothing in there that alters anything 
pertaining to this particular problem. It must be something to do with 
termcap info.

I'll try an extensive Googling. I posted here first because I have 
memories of this kind of thing happening quite often back in the day & 
thought some may know.
