what file do I make immutable in order to facilitate the effectiveness of 
the "sticky" check boxes in kmail 1.13.5?

I just went through several days of hell with namecheap getting a domain 
registered because the "sticky's" are essentially worthless and I didn't 
realize I was sending from the wrong account.
