How can I install the new version of Flashplayer in Firefox.

You don't. That's not how you update software on Ubuntu. You get apps
& updates from the repositories, via the Software Centre or the
apt-get command or Synaptic. Check your system is fully up to date.
Note that Flash for Linux is not being updated any more. Flash itself
is being phased out.
For the latest available Flash player on Ubuntu, install Google Chrome
- it has a built-in Flash player which is newer than the standalone
one.
Atypically, you must download this from google.com but then all
subsequent updates are from Google's repositories.
