Ubuntu Recommended Package Manager (was Re: gnome-keyring: upgrade/downgrade/upgrade/...)

I use apt-get and synaptic.  So far, no complaints.  If I have any,
they'll become bugs on launchpad.  All of the software we're talking
about is Ubuntu-supported, some of it is just not on the install
image.
