boot loader compilation

Hello,

I need to use a boot loader on the ARM Cortex M3. I have used the GCC
Sourcery CodeBench Lite edition and failed to compile a boot loader
available online for such a processor.

I would appreciate if anybody could offer any help for me to compile
successfully a boot loader for the ARM cortex M3 under ubuntu.
