Dell R320 + Perc H710 mini + Ubuntu 12.04 or 13.04 = failure

Hello,

We just got a Dell R320 + Perc H710 mini. 2 disks in RAID1.
I failed to get a working Ubuntu server 12.04.2 LTS or Ubuntu server 13.04.
Installation from an USB key is OK. But the Dell fails to boot:
	Missing operating system

Rescue from an USB key displays no error.
The RAID is OK since I installed perfectly.
The OS is installed OK since a grub on an external USB disk
  can launch this Ubuntu on the RAID1.

It seems that:
* either grub on the RAID cannot be found,
* or that the BIOS can't boot on the RAID.
  The RAID is toggled to be bootable.

In UEFI boots sequence, the PC propose the 2 NIC interfaces
but "Windows boot loader" is grey = impossible.

Does R320 imposes secure boots???
Does someone have any clue?
