Excess processes

895 MB (video is probably shared)
running 1 app (Thunderbird):
762MB used, 134MB free
Swap: 1.46GB, 808 bytes used
I think it might have something to do with all the processes. Or there
was net communications that I am unaware of. (No download or upgrade in
process).
Thanks for the top reminder, haven't used it in years.
