Do you want one that runs Ubuntu, or that will work with a Ubuntu PC?

As far as I know, all or most will work with Ubuntu, since the USB
connection they use is UMS, which is the standard means for a flash
disk to be interacted with, for example.

As Liam said, there don't appear to be any that run Ubuntu, and most a
specific enough in purpose that there wouldn't be much point. It would
be akin to running Ubuntu on an MP3 player.
