Howto: Record playing audio only via ffmpeg/avconv

I'd like to capture a song [1] played via http protocol using firefox. I
wish I could find the file itself in tmpfs but I just could not find it.

Now I'd like to record the song myself using ffmpeg or avconv ( or even VLC
), as lossless as possibe.

How is that possibly done?
