After upgrade to Raring, LibreOffice automati spellcheck does not function any more.

Hello Everybody,

today, I carried out a few spell check tests with Writer in Kubuntu
13.04. I have carried out the test with different language modules and
in two different user modes - in my identity and in a test one.
Result: everything seems to work, except Dutch (NL). Details:
