Migrating tomboy to notes

I switched from Ubuntu to Xubuntu some time ago.  Almost everything I
was using made the transition just fine.
Tomboy was an exception.  Under xubuntu, I have to use 'notes', and it
did not pick up my tomboy stuff.  I've ignored the situation long
enough.

However, a quick look at my old home directory does not reveal where
the tomboy notes actually resided.  Does someone know?  If I can get
them in any non compressed/encrypted form, I'll be happy.  I have
excruciatingly complete backups if I need them.
