Calligra sheets with python support in Unity

I was looking for a spreadsheet program with a sane macro language. 
Calligra sheets uses Python and I understand Python so I installed the 
Calligra Suite from the Ubuntu 12.04 repositories.

It runs but Python support was missing.  Thinking the problem may be 
that this is a kde app and I am running Unity, I installed kbuntu 12.10 
in vbox.  In this setup I had python support but nothing worked.  I then 
found that the kross scripting module was not installed by default. Once 
I installed krosspython it all worked.

I went back to Unity and installed krosspython and had python support 
but no default scripts.  Found that the scripts folder was not 
installed. When I copied it over from kbuntu the scripts showed up but 
everytime I try to run one I get a seg fault.

At this point I am out of ideas and hope that maybe someone has this 
working and give me some help.
