gvfs and fstab mount

This is not a solution but some explanation about what is happening.

This is the same situation that happens if you mount a NTFS disk as a
non-root user. The disk is only accessible to the user who mounted it in
the first place. The problem is that the disk is mounted as a fuse file
system.

The only way that all users can see the disk is to mount it as root. But
that goes against what you are trying to achieve here.
