Ubuntu freezing frequently

I have not noticed something like the system is getting frozen while I am
on a particular website.

I am posting the content of the terminal with 'top' command below.
In this particular screenshot I saw that a screencasting software Kazam is
taking lot of CPU %age, but this freezing is happening all the time.
At present I am upgrading the system to Ubuntu 12.10
