Not seeing it on this particular page.  However, I sometimes get 
artifacts like that by using the "Minimum Font Size" Feature (You might 
have to click Advanced button in Content tab of preferences to see it.)

Forcing a minimum font size can have unfortunate effects on some web 
page layouts.
