Change the definition of screen0?? Hey, trouble shooting with a shotgun 
here. Otherwise I have no clue. It just "seems" to make sense. I didn't 
see much traffic on your thread, so I figured to give it a whirl. But, 
you do see that xrandr is in charge now of your twin displays and you 
might be able to kick it around some.

Fire up synaptic and search to see if there is a gui that you SAFELY can 
use, from the several that are listed there. I used to hand-edit all 
sorts of /etc files. Now, I'm learning I break things doing that.
