gnome-power-manager during desktop login

I'm trying to clean up the logcheck output on my desktop. Every time
I log in through lightdm into GNOME Classic, the following message
appears in syslog (& logcheck output):
gnome-session[25081]: WARNING: Failed to start app: Unable to start application: Failed to execute child process "gnome-power-manager" (No such file or directory)
Should a desktop have gnome-power-manager installed?
If not, where is this being launched from (it isn't in the "Startup
Applications" list)?
Thanks,
Adam
