Ubuntu 13.04 Suffers Performance

There's certainly no reason why such a powerful machine should have
any performance problems at all.

The things to check are:

* do you have the "ubuntu-restricted-extras" package installed? That
will give you Adobe Flash Player.

* What graphics card do you have? Are its correct drivers installed?
