Now I'm really snowed. Not about your reply but the fact that I sent my 
request for clarification from my Cox account and received your reply 
just now from my Sonic account.

This, to my limited knowledge, is impossible since the word "sonic" 
appears nowhere, body or headers, in my post.

Obviously, my knowledge is even more limited than I thought.

Any ideas as to how this happens?
