lspci on 12.04 not showing hauppauge PVR-150 no video devices.

I'm trying to migrate to newer hardware, and the newer stuff is on
12.04, I've moved my Hauppage PVR-150 card and it doesn't show up when I
do an lspci, and there are no video devices which should occour here are
some outputs:  (I do have ivtv-utils installed)
