(OT) firefox, trackers and ghostery

I think that's the total number that it knows about. The ones it is
actually blocking on a page are shown top left when you first load the
page, and can be listed any time by clicking the ghostery icon in the
tool bar.

By default ghostery doesn't block anything - remember to configure it
and turn everything on. It also doesn't block new trackers it learns
about since you installed it, so you need to periodically configure it
and tell it to block any that it isn't blocking.
