LibreOffice - ALT+ Keyboard Shortcuts

Hi all,

With Ubuntu 13.04 and Unity, I can't use the ALT+ keyboard shortcuts in
LibreOffice Calc etc, as the command bar gets in the way.

Is there any way around this?  My productivity is taking a real hit as
"ALT+D, s" is shutting down my laptop, in place of sorting the selected
data.

I seem to remember a package that enabled the shortcuts, and they were
definitely available in 12.04 LTS, but I really can't remember now.
